We operate under a strict “Client Ownership First” principle. Your organization retains 100% full, exclusive ownership of all company domain names, cloud storage drives, user credentials, access keys, and business records. OSWORKS will never hold your credentials hostage, sell your information, or claim proprietary rights over any client data.

3. Information We Collect

To audit, implement, and manage your operational digital systems, we may process:

  • Contact & Organization Details: Business owner names, official email addresses, contact phone numbers, and physical workplace locations.
  • Systems & Network Information: Domain names, cloud workspace user rosters, permission access matrices, and software license records required to maintain system health.
  • Administrative & Credential Records: Encrypted password vault entries shared for maintenance purposes, protected via zero-knowledge master encryption keys.
  • Support & Communication Logs: Records of helpdesk requests, system maintenance audits, and backup verification logs.

4. How We Use Your Information

All information provided to or accessed by OSWORKS is strictly used to:

  • Configure, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure and open source technologies (domain DNS, backups, access control).
  • Enforce role-based access permissions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and security policies.
  • Execute routine backup restore simulations and operational health audits.
  • Provide rapid staff onboarding, offboarding access revocation, and technical support.

5. Zero Data Monetization & Confidentiality

OSWORKS does not rent, sell, trade, or monetize your business data under any circumstances. All OSWORKS engineers and system administrators are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) ensuring complete confidentiality regarding your internal files, financials, and communications.

6. System Security & Encryption Standards

We implement industry-standard zero-knowledge encryption for password vaults, end-to-end TLS/SSL transport encryption for data in transit, and AES-256 bit storage encryption for automated offsite backups. Access to client management dashboards is strictly restricted via time-based 2FA authentication.

7. Third-Party Cloud Platforms & Open Source Technologies

When configuring cloud platforms and open source technologies, data stored within those services is governed by their respective enterprise privacy policies. OSWORKS selects industry-proven, high-compliance open source technologies and cloud infrastructure providers.

8. Data Retention & Offboarding Handover

Should you terminate OSWORKS management services, we execute a complete Offboarding Handover Protocol: transferring full master administrative ownership to your designated representative and permanently purging any cached administrative credentials from our management systems within 14 business days.
